Lease Planning & Lease
Review. $185.00 per hour
with an initial two hour minimum retainer of $370.00. While we can't
be exact on how much time a project may require we will always ask
you to approve an expense based on our estimate of what the process
will entail. We keep careful records and will provide you with the
detail of all actions taken as well as a comprehensive
report.
Upon signing the services
agreement, you will receive a free copy of "Unveil The Lease
Mystique! Everything You Need to
Know About Equipment Lease Finance
Arrangements." A $75.00 value, this
is a thirty page information-filled MUST HAVE for anyone
anticipating a lease transaction
and is available exclusively through Stoddard &
Associates.
Lease Connection. We place
your lease to a funding source based on your credit profile, size of
the acquisition, timing of your project and type of equipment you
are acquiring. We typically place leases in the range of
$10,000 to $10,000,000. We can either work
with you on an hourly basis, a fee basis tied in to the rate factor
or we can work as an independent broker with our broker's fee paid
directly by the funding source.
Simple
Connection. For a one-time fee of $200.00 we prepare a universal
application and credit summary for submission to various sources.
This includes up to four (4) submissions per
